It isn't a vacation. You'll work, you'll sweat, and you'll meet people who've been doing this long before we showed up. We go back to the same places on purpose.

Why we go
Every trip runs through a local partner who was already doing the work before we showed up. They set the priorities, we bring hands and funding. That's why our destination list is short and our relationships are long — nine years is a young partnership for us.
Teams are ten to sixteen people with two experienced leaders. Training starts eight weeks out and covers the work, the culture, and what you'll actually be doing each day. If the cost is the hard part, we'll help you fundraise — most people cover the whole trip that way.
What it costs
Airfare sits outside the trip price on purpose. Use miles, pick your own routing, add a few days on either end, or fly out with friends from the team. Whatever you raise counts toward the full amount, airfare included.
