Four steps, no mystery.
Here's exactly how someone goes from curious to playing on a Sunday.

Fill out the interest form.
Tell us what you play or run, and how long you've been at it. Takes two minutes.

Have a conversation with us.
Coffee with someone on the worship team. We want to hear your story before we hear you play.

Play through a couple of songs.
We'll send charts ahead of time. It's not a performance — we just want to play together.

Get plugged into a rotation.
You'll start on a team with a set schedule, so you know exactly when you're on.
What we're looking for.
- Can you keep time? That matters more than flash.
- Do you know your instrument well enough to learn a song from a chart?
- Are you dependable — when you say you're in, you're there?
What the commitment actually is.
- One rehearsal a week when you're on, about 90 minutes.
- Two or three Sundays a month, all three services on the days you serve.
- Charts and tracks land in your inbox the Monday before.

Most of the team never touches an instrument.

What a Sunday sounds like
Two rooms, two sounds.
Classic service at 8:15am in Venue 2 — hymns, choir, piano, and the same teaching as everywhere else on campus. The 10am and 11:45am services are contemporary: full band, current songs, a couple of hymns reworked. Venture En Español, Sundays at 11:45am.
